Our extra virgin olive oil “Novello” has an intense flavour of fresh olive, with a strong and definite aftertaste whic excite palate. Slightly spicy with nuance of fresh grass, tipical quality of good extra virgin olive oil, just milled. “Novello” show intense green colour and a persistent smell.

Our extra virgin olive oil has a distinct taste, harmonious and balanced, gives a unique scent to the dish, enhancing the flavors. It has a fruity aroma, with nuances of Artichoke and a grateful fragrance on the palate. Green-gold color and smell fragrant.
